Access Bars is a gentle relaxation-based modality that involves light touch on specific points of the head believed to support the release of mental and emotional stress patterns.
Clients often describe feeling deeply relaxed, mentally clearer, lighter, and more at ease after sessions. Access Bars can be integrated alongside traditional therapeutic approaches as part of a holistic wellness experience.
*Access Bars is a complementary wellness practice and is not psychotherapy or medical treatment. Access Bars sessions are separate from psychotherapy services and are not reimbursable by insurance.
-
Neurofeedback is a gentle, non-invasive approach that helps train the brain toward healthier patterns of regulation and resilience. By providing real-time feedback about brain activity, neurofeedback supports the nervous system in learning greater balance and flexibility.
Clients often seek neurofeedback for:
anxiety and stress
emotional regulation
sleep difficulties
focus and attention
trauma recovery
mental fatigue and burnout
This approach can help you feel more calm, grounded, present, and connected in daily life.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is an evidence-based therapy designed to help the brain process and heal from distressing experiences. Rather than reliving the past, EMDR helps reduce the emotional intensity connected to painful memories so you can move forward with greater clarity, calm, and confidence.
EMDR can support healing from:
trauma and PTSD
anxiety and panic
childhood experiences
relationship wounds
negative self-beliefs
chronic stress and burnout

The Reconsolidation of Traumatic Memories (RTM) Protocol is a structured approach designed to reduce the emotional impact of traumatic memories without requiring prolonged retelling of painful experiences.
RTM works by helping the brain reconsolidate memories in a way that decreases fear responses and emotional distress, allowing clients to experience greater ease, safety, and freedom in the present.
Clients are guided to create a series of imaginal “mini movies” that, through repetition, help the brain rehearse new emotional and behavioral patterns. Using principles of memory reconsolidation and mental imagery, the RTM protocol helps reduce the emotional intensity of distressing memories while increasing a sense of safety, control, and resilience.

Guided imagery and hypnotherapy use relaxation, focused attention, and therapeutic visualization to help access deeper patterns held in the subconscious mind and nervous system. In a calm and supportive state, clients may be able to shift limiting beliefs, reduce stress and anxiety, strengthen emotional resilience, and create new patterns that feel more aligned, empowering, and supportive of healing. Sessions are collaborative, gentle, and designed to help you feel safe, aware, and in control throughout the process.
